Placing an order
After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to review it. Here, you can see which items you have chosen, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. After you have reviewed your shopping cart, you may either continue to shop or proceed to check out & place your order. Please review your order carefully prior to submission, as it may not be modified once submitted.

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in the State of California.
All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. You can also pay using PayPal.
The OldShanghaiOnline.com E-Gift Card can be purchased online for use for www.OldShanghaiOnline.com purchases. E-Gift card may not be used to purchase another E-gift card. E-Gift Cards are Final Sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless required by law. Old Shanghai Online is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. There is no sales tax on E-Gift Cards.
If you have received an OldShanghaiOnline.com E-Gift Card, you can redeem it during checkout. Enter the code in the "Coupon Code / Promotional Code" section and click "Apply". Your order total will be adjusted accordingly. Purchases will be deducted from the E-Gift card value until the balance reaches zero. If your order total exceeds the amount of your E-Gift Card, your account will be charged the outstanding balance.
Please remember to provide us with a valid email address! Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation number as well as an email that states your order number and the list of products purchased. If you did not receive any confirmation, please double check the email provided and place the order again, or contact us for more information.
Changing or cancelling an order
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email email@example.com immediately. Keep in mind, we will not be able to make any changes if your order has already been submitted to our processing or shipping departments. If an invalid address is provided resulting in a return to us, any reshipment will result in additional shipping charges.
If an item ordered is cancelled, discontinued, or out of stock, you will receive an email notice. You will not be billed for any un-shipped items.
