If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of original purchase date.

For gift returns, please email us at for return instructions. store credit will be issued for the purchase amount of the item(s) instead of a refund to the original purchase, so the sender will not know about your return.


We want to ensure that you receive your orders quickly, so if you need to exchange an item or order, please return it and place a new order. This way, you may get your exchange order at the same time we process your return!

Refunds & Credits

Returns are processed up to 2 business days after return packages are received at our location. You will receive email notification as soon as the refund is posted. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. All California State sales tax will be refunded. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account. You can always contact us for updates on the refund status. If the order came from outside the US, customs fees are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Undeliverable Packages

Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address and verify your shipping information during checkout. If you received a confirmation but no shipment, please review the address you provided. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, that order will be considered a return and you will receive a refund (excluding shipping & handling charges).

To receive the items you originally purchased, please place a new order.

Errors & Damages

Upon receiving your order, inspect the package contents carefully immediately. Claims for missing or damaged items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise in your order to be able to review and resolve your issue promptly.

Please note that many natural fibers and textiles include minor inconsistencies in texture and color that are in no way considered flaws.
